Once you’re comfortable and a date has been scheduled in to get started, Huw would offer a 3-hour session, designed to kick start your purposefulness and focus, as well as an assessment of your strengths.

The boost that this package offers cannot be underestimated. If you are needing to promptly reboot your purposefulness and vitality, then this is the best place to start. This will give you:

  • A comprehensive, state of the art, 3 hour assessment of your strengths
  • A systematic and transformative exploration of the results by Huw
  • An action oriented accountability plan to ensure transferability of the discoveries.
  • The dedicated support of a Positive Psychology Coach to ensure increased focus and application.

The results of this session provide an incredible platform for development, so much so that we would often recommend repeating the initial strengths assessment after 6 months, in order to monitor and evaluate progress.



Following the first step is where we would look to build upon what has been learned in step 1. The importance of this cannot be underestimated, as this is where to real growth occurs long term.

A series of meetings, scheduled over a three month period, would call upon the most recent developments in positive psychology to know and grow your strengths and potential, in ways that were previously unimaginable, such as:

  • Understanding your hidden talents, allowing you to demonstrate more motivation.
  • Utilising a language to drive your own career and life forward.

  • Identifying and prioritising actions that sustain purposefulness, focus and clarity.
  • Assessing, discovering and developing your portfolio of personal strengths, to lead a life of increasing purposefulness and happiness.
  • Learning to marshal, combine and direct strengths to achieve life changing results.

This systematic and stepped programme, provides an unrivalled opportunity to begin living and thriving in ways which were previously inaccessible.


During the course of the 3 months you will carry out the following:

  • An initial 90-minute Purpose Focus session, in the form of our HJR Assessment, with the aim of developing increased capacity and clarity, all tailored to your individual priorities. (Month one)
  • A two-hour Realise2 Strengths Assessment session, providing a bespoke plan of action based on your individual profile. (Month one)
  • Four one hour fortnightly bespoke coaching sessions to create laser clarity, focus and maintain accountability on your priorities. (Month two and three)
  • An action oriented accountability plan to ensure you sustain overall focus and purposefulness.
  • Weekly email support to maintain forward focus
  • A Realise2 psychometric profile for ongoing reference and evaluation
  • An updated HJR Assessment, for ongoing evaluation.
  • The dedicated support of an expert Positive Psychology Coach.
